The box came quite deformed from the impacts, but the product is correct. It hasn't been used yet but it looks good.

I have had one of these choppers for many years. I have never had any problems with it. I sometimes overloaded the bowl and/or had the pieces cut too large and i never had a problem. It chopped everything very very well. I could chop foods to really small pieces by pressing on the pump more times. I finally wore it out and had to discard it. I immediately ordered a new one. And i ordered one for my grandson and his family( 4 kids). I highly recommend it to anyone who needs to chop veggies. I am 78 years old and use this chopper 4 to 5 times a week or more. Anyone who has problems using a knife to chop with will surely benefit by using this chopper.

I requested a return, and magically they refunded me because the item, perhaps due to the couriers, arrived bent! Being made of hard plastic, it deformed and the top lid couldn't close! I bought another one and it's simple and very useful.
